CONSTRUCTION COMPANY VAN HEESEWIJK BV EINDHOVEN
When I started applying for a job with construction company Gebr. van Heesewijk in the Tramstraat in Eindhoven as a crane operator /mechanic and was hired for a school construction project in Leiden, We
have moved the saloon car from Delft to Leiden...... with a truck of my in-laws with Harrie of us Ria as a driver, when I at one point asked the road to a cop and asked him to hurry up, we stopped the traffic (??!) he said, quiet to young it still takes land before it is Christmas, I have never forgotten this and have used it several times, then we went to the Gabriel Metzustraat
and put the saloon truck there at the construction, see cross, on the Stadspolderweg, our nearest neighbours were the Family of L., the father worked at the railway and when my wife went to work that Family looked after our baby, at "little Grandma" On August 5 my mother-in-law called with the following announcement;
It's time but don't rush,
you're late anyway, they also put my mother out of the door who came interestingly to ask how it was, she (my mother) had nothing to do here, I just worked there for 2.5 days at this company (Gebr.
Van Heesewijk B.V. from Eindhoven) and I asked if I could go home, of course the Mr. M., the manager, said, then one of the men on the building asked if he would take me home (we didn't have a car at that time) if I paid for the gas I asked Mr. "M. whether that was good, of course," he said. When we arrived a good hour later and I stormed in and out, my mother-in-law asked with astonishment "already !?!, when I asked her if they wanted to pour coffee for the driver, while she was doing this downstairs our son was born, and I could proudly tell her downstairs that it was a son.
Then we lived in Best, and Leiden.
Here we bought an Opel Kadet, we thought we could borrow Dfl. 1,000,= from my in-laws, SO NOT, (I should have known by then that it was my in-laws more air than content)then we told my mother and father and said that we would only sell our film stuff, but my parents said none of this comes in we GIVE this
Then I had to go to the army on repeat, I had a seizure twice of blood vessel constriction and fell unconscious, once the first day at the barracks, I got a huge headache from this when we had to wait for armor, an Uzi, I asked the sergeant if I could go to the MGD for APC' s, he said ok I went there and I asked a person in a white coat, hey hospik you have a few APCs for me, he said I'm not a medic but the doctor, i can't remember anything else, until I woke up a few days later in the infirmary, but in the meantime they had lost me and thought I was "deserted" and sent the MP to the salon truck in the Oranjestraat in
Leiden , we lived there at that time, later I was allowed by the Captain-Doctor on weekends when I promised that I would come back after the weekend, I did and am with fellow soldier S. from Rosmalen taken to the Palmboomstraat 28 we had stayed then, during this weekend I
had my second attack and went to the MGD of the Willem II barracks, they could only prescribe
APC, then I went back to the barracks, as was agreed, and then we went on exercise to Germany, I had another seizure, and that Captain/Doctor had a good time to let me go.
